Day 2: Sun, Clouds

We finally reached our destination - Iceland. Some of us had luck and could admire view to Iceland from plane - Blue Lagoon for example.

Pali picked up a car (Chevrolet Lacetti) from a car rental. With a bit of luck we loaded all our luggages into the car and moved to Reykjavík to do our first shopping in Bónus shop.

Our first sightseeing stop is in Thingvellir. We saw our first waterfall Öxaráfoss, walked between the European and the American lithospheric plates, and visited the old icelandic parliament Althing. We found our first icelandic cache.

We stayed over the night in the camp at the shore of Thingvallavatn lake (500 ISK/per.)
