Day 14: Rain, Clouds
The morning is weepy again. We went to Hellissandur with the highest construction on Iceland and western Europe - the longwave radio mast (412m). We did a small walk on Dritvík beach where some of us dipped their shoes in Atlantic ocean.
Next were Hellnar (rock gate), Arnarstapi (cave), and Búdir (church) - all the time we should see Snaefellsjökull. But we barely see the road thanks to the low clouds.
Shopping in Borgarnes and through Reykholt (home of the Snorri Sturluson), Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls to Húsafell camp (700 ISK).
